Harvest Time Field Trips
Apples, pears, and quince are harvested at Jelich Ranch from August to November. Every fall we host a handful of school field trips for 1st – 5th graders. The tour emphasizes:
- Benefits of whole foods coming from nature
- Respect for the environment through organic farming
- Mutually beneficial relationship between man and wildernes
